Supplemental Terms to the Global Terms of Use
These Supplemental Terms (‘Supplemental Terms’) to our Terms of Use applies to all Indian residents and shall be read in conjunction with our Terms of Use. In case of any conflict between the Terms of Use and these Supplemental Terms, these Supplemental Terms shall prevail. For the sake of clarity, the Terms of Use and these Supplemental Terms govern your use and our provision of the Disney Services on which the Terms of Use and these Supplemental Terms are posted, as well as Disney Services we make available on third-party sites and platforms if the Terms of Use and these Supplemental Terms are disclosed to you in connection with your use of the Disney Services.
1. USER GENERATED CONTENTIn addition to other restrictions on User Generated Content outlined in the Terms of Use, you may not submit or upload User Generated Content that is racially and/or ethnically objectionable, or is otherwise unlawful and/or illegal in any manner whatever.
2. GRIEVANCE OFFICERIf you have any complaints or grievances regarding the Disney Services, Terms of Use and/or these Supplemental Terms and/or usage of computer resource in violation of the Intermediary Rules, 2011 framed under the Information Technology Act, 2000 please feel free to contact our Grievance Officer (Mr. Pawan Jaggi) at grievancesindia@disney.in. or by post at The Walt Disney Company (India) Private Limited, 1st Floor, Building No. 14, Solitaire Corporate Park, Guru Hargovindji Marg, Chakala , Andheri (E), Mumbai - 400093. We will endeavor to address all your concerns at the earliest and as far as possible within a period of thirty (30) days from the date of receipt of the complaint.
3. GOVERNING LAW, JURISDICTION AND FORUM FOR DISPUTE RESOLUTIONYou agree, that to the extent that any of the provisions of the Terms of Use and these Supplemental Terms apply to the use of Disney Services provided specifically by an affiliate of Disney Interactive in India, such provisions shall be governed by, and construed in accordance with, the laws of India and shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of Mumbai courts only.
