Addendum to the Global Privacy Policy

This addendum ('Addendum') to our global privacy policy applies to the treatment of information provided or collected on the sites where this Addendum is posted and shall be read in conjunction with our global Privacy Policy. In case of any conflict between the global Privacy Policy and terms of this Addendum, this Addendum shall prevail.

provided that, any information that is freely available or accessible in the public domain or furnished under the Right to Information Act, 2005 or any other law for the time being in force shall not be regarded as sensitive personal data or information.

2. PERMISSION FOR COLLECTION OF INFORMATION

By using our website, you are hereby consenting to collection of your information by us. The information in some cases may include personal and sensitive personal information. By accepting the present Addendum and our global Privacy Policy available at http://www.disney.in/privacy you are also representing that you are eighteen (18) years of age or above.
